GIANT SHARK TOOTH
Giant Shark Tooth
This towering tooth, a relic from an ancient sea monster, was inspired by a fossilized shark tooth. I imagine the deep, primal waters it once prowled, sinking into prey with unmatched ferocity. Time has since turned this weapon into stone, morphing its colors as it did so. Cracks now seep with the hues of ancient rust, and mysterious minerals have left their mark, staining the enamel’s once-glossy surface.
I crafted this tooth from epoxy, painstakingly layering it day after day. Each layer was carefully painted and then sealed with semi-transparent resin.
